A stage tech and tour manager for five years as well as playing in Perth band, The Avenues, Lawson built his own studio, Debaser Productions, in Perth, Western Australia. In these studios, Lawson has worked with some of Perth’s best artists such as Little Birdy, Eskimo Joe and End of Fashion. Most recently he worked alongside Magoo to produce and engineer End of Fashion’s upcoming sophomore album.
Did you help or produce that Little Birdy song "Relapse"? I've always really liked that tune. It was the perfect ending to a perfect EP. I've always kept it in mind while producing my own stuff.
