"HOW THE WEST WAS WON" Debbie wrote alone on guitar at her Luv Room Studio. Song copyrighted. This is a rock bluesy sort of tune based on Deborah's life and service to the nation and the support of her freinds. Deborah Davidsohn spent five years servicing the Anti Terror units on the Homeland Front and protecting the Nation. "This song is a piece from my life, the times, and my experience". Johnny Travers (Regulators) was brought into studio to lay down guitar tracks and was produced by Debbie.

"BLOW WIND BLOW" was written by two songwriters who are contracted with Deborah Davidsohn Music Publishing - BMI. Michael Shure one of the songwriters played and composed the music.

"NAUGHTY" was written by Debbie Davidsohn and a co-writer in 2003. Debbie played all the music and keyboards, does the lead vocals. Copyright Debbie Davidsohn Music and contracted with another Music Publishing company through BMI.

"OUR LOVE" the remix is copyrighted by Debbie Davidsohn Music-BMI. This song was played and recorded originally in 1996 and written live in the studio with Ken Suzuki and Debbie Davidsohn.

"FREEDOM BUTTERFLY-AGE OF INNOCENCE" was written and played by Debbie Davidsohn who laid down all guitar tracks, vocals, bass, and drum programming. There are two versions of the song including a heavier rock version.

Debbie Davidsohn picked up her first guitar at 3 years old which was a child's acoustic nylon string and started writing songs and singing. This was bought for her by her parents. By ten she was picking up music by ear, playing piano, and writing songs also on piano and singing. One of her first songs on piano was called, "Star Child". Being raised in a somewhat musical family with her sister also playing music and hanging out with famous music celebrities who came by their home her inflences started to soar. Dance classes and professional music training came next and her mother afforded her private piano lessons, ballet, and tap lessons. Her first dance show was a performance in an auditorium for thousands of Viet Nam War Vets.

By teens Debbie entered her first Rock band called "Red & Blue" and were soon to be playing Club 88. Although Debbie was too young to enter the club she wasn't allowed to drink but was allowed to sing on the stage and exit. Debbie also sang in a number of choirs from the Hebrew Choir to the Christian Choir to the Bhuddist Choir. She moved to Washington with her guitar and studied guitar. When she went back to L.A. Debbie continued to write music, perform, and study with private voice coaches.

Debbie recorded and collaborated with Dan Schmidt from Oinga Boinga at his State of The Art Studios where they recorded the songs "You're My Superstar" and "I Always Want To Be In Love". She opened at nightspots doing classical standard material with well known singers while studying music

In 1983 Debbie was ready with her first LP for radio with her manager which was given to select radio stations to air. KDAY picked up a song on the LP called "Diamonds In My Backyard". Other stations also did air the songs. The album wasn't complete yet until Debbie met up with a profound writer, musician named Justin Tyme (Ron King). Together they worked and formed a band performing out wherever they could and recorded in many major studios together. The duo played at the opening of BRE (Black Radio Exclusive) with their combined Rock, Soul, Funk outfit Yankee Rose. The couple wrote "Fire In The Bed", "Angel", "Hot N Secsy", "I Am The Jungle Rock Queen", "Rock N Roll For the Bucks", together which was recorded all in professional 24 track studios. Other songs were added such as "We're Survivors", "Rocksody Of Love-Will You Marry Me Part I", and others. Debbie also released this on her first record label called BDRQ Records and put the product in stores nationwide and by 1989 there were two versions of the project with 10 music videos and eons of music video footage and film accomplished sitting on the editing floor mostly left unedited. Music Connection wrote the first story about her. KROQ added the music. There were sample edits accomplished by an MGM's editor and Leslie Segal, director who released versions of the songs on public access cable stations.

Debbie also collaborated and worked with all sorts of groovy musicians in and out of the studio who traveled from Europe and Japan to rec ord with her. Debbie worked with Paul Sabu (CBS, Childsplay, Alice Cooper, Rose Royce, Ann Margarate) Producer, world reknown guitar player on her productions of "Children Of Tomorrow" EP which was written about throughout the Rock Press and added to Spain's Playlist and to underground radio. Paul heard the songs and together they went into the studio reediting what was already cut with Paul adding his guitar solos throughout the production

Deborah formed an all girls version of Sun Goddess in which they recorded a live music video at SIR studios. The girls were drug addicted and violent. Columbia came out to see them and told Debbie that they liked her singing but the band had to go. Although the band recorded a 4 song LP Debbie released this as a small sampling to radio in Europe. The product was picked up by radio and some major rock publications. Deborah played rythm guitar in this band, sang lead vocals, and played keyboards. She also arranged the string arrangements. The music turned into routy, operetic, and raunchy coupled with human rights call outs.

Deborah formed another grouping of Sun Goddess with Ken Suzuki, Barney Cortinez, and Michael Blaise hailing from the UK with Debbie singing lead, playing rythm guitars, strings, and piano throughout the production. This group recorded a 7 song LP at Paul Hilton's Bonghit Studios. Phil Brown did some of the mixdowns with Deborah on 3 of the songs, "Tonight Let's Be Together", "Our Love" & "Cast Upon Waters". Phil Brown worked on Robert Plant's album "Dreamland", has recently appeared in Guitar One Magazine, worked with Cher, and Bonnie Taylor. The album is a bluesy, rock, jazz, pop set of songs. She arranged to perform at benefits and shows and sometimes changed musicians accordin to availability.

By 2005 when Debbie started to write "How The West Was Won" Debbie invited Johnny Travers (The Regulators) to perform on the song in a bluesed out version of her original version a rock version. Johnny Travers hadn't toured or played for awhile and was sad and he felt glad to be playing a guitar again.

"Naughty" was written by Debbie and Shari Verona and recorded at Verona studios. Debbie did the music and vocals, programs and Shari helped arrange and coined "Naughty", mixed and did the engineering work involved this time.

Deborah opened for The Drifters, Joe Sample, sang with Billy Preston live on "That's The Way God Planned It" and has performed at many nightclubs around the city, music interviews and tv shows such as Sheena Metal Rock Reviews, the Korean Festival, and others. She also sang in 3 choirs growing up. She opened and headlined clubs for with alot of Rock N Roll bands as well. Some of the shows are done in video. She recorded vocals for Rhada Como (Perry Como's neice) and also appeared in music videos that of her own and others. Along side this she appeared bit roles in major films.

Besides this Deborah collaborated writing a song with hit songwriter "Taka" (The Whispers and a ton more) and wrote "I Need Somebody". Deborah also wrote with Carl Ruckerman (Stones, Nina Hagen), Phil Brown, and others. She recorded in the best studios including Natalie Cole's studio where she made the album with her father Nat King Cole, Hollywood Sound, Studio Sound, Valley Center Studios, Baraka's (Sting and others) "Two Guys From the Valley" and others.

Her first rapping experience is before Rap became popular was as a child when she befreinded a little boy named Donald Milller whose daddy passed away. Debbie and Donald went to school together. He and Debbie went to his big empty house together and he got on his piano and pulled out some Jimi Hendrix sheet music. Together with Deborah they played rapped and sang to pass those days away. They recorded cassette tapes at that time of the freindly singing/raps of Jimi Hendrix. Donald Miller's daddy was in the band WAR.

Besides making music Deborah also studied and performaed dance and created new styles of dance, performed in music videos, studying dance and choreography on 2 scholarships and five grants in college. To earn a living Deborah moonlighted as an exotic dancer doing shows with humor and combining ballet, jazz, tap on those stages. She performed the Flamenco Ballet in a video which is flamenco on pointe shoes (not very common), and choreographed dancers from ballet to jazz for music videos. She was chosen to star in Jay Bird's top 40 music video "Body Language" and together they won the Best Exotic Video Awards.

Debbie also danced in dance companies including Myles Marsden ballet sponsored by Jason Marsden (Mr. Saturday Night and others) and performed "The Night Before Christmas" a take off on "The Nutcracker" as a snow angel and a doll under the tree. Deborah danced with the African dance troupe Shirley Martin's Martin Dancers for two years and studied with them. She also taught voice, dance, and music for the City Of L.A. to kids putting on shows with the kids for the City.

Deborah also produced and got involved with motion picture financing. To earn a living she also worked at Universal Pictures in product placement, at MCA in music publishing and the video department, in the RCA building at Valentine records releasing Beatles Product, for A.I.D.A. Mgmt. as the owners Assistant, at the Columbia Record Club doing royalty accounting for the biggest selling artists in their record club.

Deborah won 3 awards with the So. California Motion Picture Council. Two for a stage production she acted in and became Associate Producer for "One My Valentine". The awards were in the categories of producing, directing, dancing, acting, and singing. The first award was won for her self proclaimed music video, film productions she starred in, danced in, and acted in.

Deborah studied opera with the great Francesco Vespia also known as Tony Dino who sang with Mario Lanza. She studied six days a week with him for 6 1/2 years. Tony Dino appeared as a star in 20th Century Fox films such as "The Story Of Ruth" and others. She also studied guitar technique with Lauren Cambell.
