I tried your "best year of your life" book last year and it really helped me a lot. One of the best suggestions was to make a memory once a month. I haven't done it every month, but I have spent more time with my younger son doing fun things together. The older one is just not interested in me much. But I did manage to get him to come out to dinner with us once!
I ended up getting really sick this year and the suggestions of that book have stayed with me.

I really enjoyed readling "Why Good People Do Bad Things". I'm glad you added me as a Myspace friend. That's a really nice picture of you on the cover. I think you're a very nice looking person.
