About Debbie Hudson

Hi, my name is Debbie Hudson. I am running for the seat of Solomon in this year’s important federal election. Thats the seat that encompasses Darwin and Palmerston NT, Australia. Currently Dave Tollner holds this seat, but I plan to fix that quick smart.

I am a Registered Nurse, I have a Masters in Public Health and am currently working at Charles Darwin University lecturing in nursing. I have lived in Darwin since 1999 and I love the way of life we have up here and all the things that people down south can only dream of.

The Greens have positive solutions for the current challenges; most importantly we are the experts on climate change. We have knowledge and experience because we have been working on this issue for the last twenty years.

I also understand other important issues facing Territorians such as the disadvantage of Indigenous Australians, the economy, education, industrial relations, healthcare and families.

I believe I will be a strong leader for the Territory, and to me the future looks bright if we take action for a sustainable future now.
