Reading, writing, riding motorcycles (dirt bikes- yes, I ride a motorcycle!), eating (when other people cook) working out, travel and learning about other languages and cultures.

I've played Sax since 4th grade. Started singing around the same time. I'm schooled in classical, jazz, R&B, Blues, Be-Bop, Rock and more.
I love all styles of music. I listen to and perform a variety. The big key is- when I play, it's from the heart and people FEEL it! I've always had people come up to me and tell me how much my music 'moved them'. It's what I was meant to do.

About me: I was born to be on stage and I've come to understand and embrace my life's purpose which is to "Show People There's a Better Way!" People who know me will say that I like to have fun, I'm very creative and at times quite goofy. I also am extremely dependable and can be very direct when I need to.
During my life I've always ended up being in a position of leadership - whether of my own choice, or from people asking me to take charge and lead the way.
My day to day gig right now is that as the founder of an integrated marketing communications firm called Sweet Marketing Solutions
It's a great creative outlet for me when I'm not on stage. I help people in business achieve effective results with their marketing. I developed a system that teaches my clients how to market their business and get the results they want without wasting their time or resources. I also introduce them to inexpensive, unique marketing tools that automate part of their marketing and increase their results.
With my business I get to write, teach, and coach people in one on one settings, group classes and seminars. I'm a specialist in referral marketing, and I really understand how to focus your efforts to reach the people you want to connect with.
I've never been one to have a lack of 'words' or thoughts to share. Through my music, books, seminars and classes where I'm a featured performer or speaker- I'm living my dream! It's funny- I used to get busted and in a LOT of trouble for always talking or writing and passing note(books) in school... now I simply get paid for it!!
I was a music performance major in school. I took a lot of crap as a 'band geek' growing up also- but I've traveled the country and have had some amazing performing opportunities. People have told me over and over again that they love to hear me play and sing. My music connects with them and moves them. My life long goal is to tour the world and play my music and reach people through it.
When people used to ask me what was going on in my life, I always used to tell people 'to read about it in my books'. I really never thought too hard about it- until a few years ago. I finally decided that since I spoke about writing books so much, it was time to make it happen.
I became a published author twice last year. One of the books, "Masters of Sales", is listed on the New York Times Best Selling list. I'm currently authoring a variety of books that will be published in the near future.
Later this year I'll be re-releasing an album that we produced in '98. We did local promotion of it and sold out. We're going back into the studio to do some re-mixing and laying down a few tracks that didn't get on the first production. We'll also be finshing up our second album at the same time. Life is an amazing journey and my life has been one long adventurous ride. I love it! Although my plans took a detour back in the early '90s- I see now there was a purpose for it. I had a freak accident right out of school that caused me to not walk for about 3 years as an adult. It took a long time to rehabilitate but that detour has paved the way for the foundation on which I live my life now.
I've learned much along the way and have held on tight to my life dreams. It's been a rewarding opportunity to see how to make those ideas come to pass- even while overcoming adversity. Today, I'm closer to living my ultimate dreams than I've ever been. Passion drives me in all I do and it's my heart to share with others how they can reach their dreams too.
I've been blessed to meet some amazing people in my life and I look forward meeting new people who want more out of their life. I welcome the opportunity to develop stronger relationships with everyone as time goes on. New myspace layouts site

Drama happens in peoples lives- but if you're sole focus is on the 'story' around the drama, that's not where I'm going. Many of you, my dear friends, have asked me how JJ is doing. I'm caring for him like a sick child nearly 24 hours a day. I don't get much sleep (I'm not complaining) these days so I often forget to get back to you as I have limited computer time as well. It's not that I don't read your messages or think about what wonderful friends God has blessed me with. I truly enjoy hearing from you and love getting messages, comments and emails. I do want you to know that if I don't reply right away I will as soon as I get a chance. I love each of you dearly and thank you so much for everything.
