Founder / Producer / Host of Girls Night Out Twice a year NJ Songwriters in the Round hits the road with 4 talented female songwriters. The shows are held at different venues in the tri-state area.
Deb Ferrara is an accomplished songwriter/producer. Aside from a growing number of artist placements, her Film/TV/advertising credits include MTV's MADE and The Hills, the theme for Time-Warner's ON THE BEAT TV show, music teasers for Paramount's "Fashionistas," and a Ricola video highlighting the ASCAP "I Create Music Expo." Thirty-five of her songs were included in a Westwood Music/CBS/Paramount deal. More Good Music has been a family owned ASCAP publishing company since 1968.
As founder and producer of the popular ASCAP showcase series NJ Songwriters in the Round, she has featured hundreds of up-and-coming artists and helped the music community connect. Ferrara also founded and continues to produce Songs for the Cause– a series of concerts and auction events to benefit the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. Celebrities including U2’s Edge, B.B. King, Melissa Etheridge, Carole King, Norah Jones, Pink, Beyonce, Bon Jovi, Gavin DeGraw, and Bonnie Raitt have contributed autographed items for the cause.
Ferrara and songwriter/producer Askold Buk formed 901 Music Productions in 2007. The inspired partnership has led to various projects and placements.

Ya know what I really like about you? At least from a distance, the "projects" that you share with the other artists are a wondrous thing.
