DEDICATED'S DETAILS
I hid my details box because originally the zodiac sign was not an optional category. I asked myspace to change that, and I think they have. I believe the astrological interpretation of the constellations to be inaccurate. Since that is what most people associate with the zodiac, I wanted it removed. However, as I reflected on some of the things myspace thinks my friends need to know about me, I decided to write my own "Details" section.

I try to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. I also like fruit juice, herbal teas, yogurt smoothies, etc, and sometimes when I'm really bad - ginger ale!

WHO I'D LIKE TO MEET ON MYSPACE
I love people. I think one of the best things about heaven will be that all these fleshly considerations and prejudices people put on relationships will no longer exist and we will just be able to see each others' souls more clearly. That is really what I look for in people. To me it doesn't matter what someone's sex, race, nationality, income, education, etc. is. To me what is important is who they are inside. I especially love to share what God has done for me with others.
I particularly enjoy meeting other brothers and sisters in the Lord and learning of the victories they have in Him. Sadly, I feel the need to also mention here that if you are a male seeking to flirt with women, please do not add or message me. I am not on myspace for romance and take my wedding vows very seriously.
My "Top Friends" are other myspace sites I manage . I have too many "Myspace" friends to post all on my "Top Friends." But I am in the process of putting them into categories to help you find sites of special interest, such as pastors, minsistries, and awareness sites.

Hi Tammy, thanks for the prayer. I'm not really 'in' for the idea of making prayer a 'systematic' kind of thing, but if this is the way you understand or use prayer, so be it - Respect that. You could pray for the atheist friends I talk to regularly.

This site is dedicated to the Lord Jesus Christ, who has been Lord of my life since January 1, 1972. It has no other purpose than to glorify Him.
The photos in this slide show were taken in 1988, the first time I performed an original dramatic monologue based on the Biblical account of Mary Magdalene's witness to the resurrection of Jesus Christ. It is one of the joys of my life to perform this piece at churches as an act of worship. Posted in my blog is a video from a presentation of it made on Easter Sunday 2006. It is about 11 minutes long, so if you don't have time to watch it today, please come again. I would appreciate you not posting it on your page, blog or bulletin board without my permission. I am a happily married woman with two grown sons, of whom I am very proud. In my spare time I do a little freelance writing. My husband is a prince among men who shows me daily how much he values me. Our marriage is a testimony to the power of God in our lives and what can happen when two people are passionately committed first to Jesus Christ and second to each other. We are currently working on a book about Christian principles for a successful marriage.
We have not had a trouble-free life, but one full of the struggles and temptations which are common to man There have been times when we wanted to call it quits. But Christ was there to strengthen us through His power (1 Cor. 10:13). If you are reading this I would ask you - are you plugged-in to the ultimate Power Source? Are you living a life of victory during trials and temptations? If not, I urge you to seek Him in His Word, the Holy Bible.

When I first put up this page in December of 2006, I did not give a lot of information about myself, as I wanted the focus of this page to be God and what He has done for me. However, I found myself answering the same questions over and over again in my mailbox, so I decided to add a little more about myself. Then it occurred to me that in doing so, I was not really taking the focus off of the Lord, because I am who He is making me to be. With everything I share about my life here on this page and in my blogs and pics, I am testifying to the power of God in my life. All glory for everything good in my life goes to Him.
I am an encourager and I strive to encourage all those God brings into my life. People, relationships and sharing the love of God with those around me are of primary importance to me. One of my life verses is 2 Corinthians 4:16-18. "Therefore brethern, we do not lose heart, but though our outer man is decaying our inner man is being renewed day by day. For momentary, light affliction is producing in us and eternal weight of glory far beyond comparison, while we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are unseen; for the things which are seen are temporal, but the things which are unseen are eternal." Each day I learn more about which things in life are simply "temporal" and which truly matter for eternity.
The slide show below is posted in memory of a special person who showed unconditional love to all she met, my sweet sister-in-law Janice Marie She was challenged by Down Syndrome and Altzheimers while on earth, but is now healed in body and mind, safe in the arms of Jesus. What a joyous reunion awaits us in heaven!

I am a great believer in the power of focused intercessory prayer.
Here is my fervent prayer for all who visit my site. Ephesians 3:16-18 "I pray that out of His glorious riches He may strengthen you with power through His Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ"

Don't forget to come back and leave a praise when you receive your answer. I also try as often as possible to stop by the sites of all my friends and focus in prayer for them. I call this my prayer rounds. At one point, I was using my top friends as a prayer list, but now with the "categories" feature myspace added I have made Prayer Rounds Categories. I try to pray for 120 people a week. I will leave you a note to let you know I was there. When I first began doing this, I could do my whole list in a few days. Now it takes me a few months. So I don't leave daily comments, but when you get a comment from me you will know that I have spent time praying for you.

Kneeling Soldier Statue in Iraq
This statue currently stands outside the Iraqi palace, which is home to the 4th Infantry division. It will eventually be shipped home and placed in the memorial museum in Fort Hood, TX.
The statue was created by an Iraqi artist named Kalat, who for years was forced by Saddam Hussein to make the many hundreds of bronze busts of Saddam that dotted Baghdad.
Kalat was so grateful for the Americans liberation of his country; that he melted 3 of the heads of the fallen Saddam and made the statue as a memorial to the American soldiers and their fallen warriors.
Kalat worked on this memorial night and day for several months.
To the left of the kneelig soldier is a small Iraqi girl giving the soldier comfort as he mourns the loss of his comrade in arms. Why don't we hear about things like this in the news?
