Deejadee born and raised in Upstate New York is a ball of fire! She discovered her passion for radio in 2002 when she stepped foot in her college radio station WBSU 89.1 The Point. She first started out as a Dance Major at SUNY WCC Community College. From there she graduated and transferred to SUNY Brockport College. After going through a major foot injury she got the scare of her life! She realized that she loved dance too much and injuries could hurt her career. Many people over time said she has a beautiful voice and should sing. She never pictured herself a singer but loves to talk,laugh,tell jokes,and loves music. Bingo! She decided change her major to Broadcasting and join her college radio station. From then on she made WBSU her second home. She worked all year round including winter and summer breaks. Her love for music stems back to her Jamaican heritage. Where her relatives always threw parties no matter what the occasion was. There was always loud music,tons of food and dancing! She completed her degree and since has been working at local radio stations waiting for the opportunity to have her own show! All though hip hop music is her main interest she enjoys all types of music from top 40,R&B,Reggae,House and more! People know her as being down to earth,moody,loud,funny,caring and off the wall!
