Jeremy, I need your phone# I have an old one of yours. I was curious as to if you got that place ready to go for shows. I got some bands that are interested.
Hey Jeremy! I hope this finds you well. There's lots of exciting stuff going on right now! I just wanted to let you know we've got some new songs, and pictures up on my page. Also we're starting to get some air play all across the United States. Stop by my blog section to find the request lines to the stations in your area. Do you think you could help us out by calling the request line and demanding one of our tunes?!? Let me know how things are going with you. I hope all is well! Talk to ya soon! -Jeff"
just got my own place here in appleton. its a month to month rent so im still free to go somewhere or buy a house. hopefully working with some people to open a venue / coffee shop ministry here in the next few weeks. I believe I will be letting the bands stay at my place. some will be christian and some not. Lord willing we will be working with a ministry up in iron river michigan. I will be heading up there this weekend to pray and find out more. your prayers are appreciated ;) good to hear from you too! I will be praying for you!
Hey Jeremy! It is so good to hear from you! I'm doing well. I am finishing up my master's degree. I've been praying about what to do next. I'm not sure what God's will is for me. It is a tough decision whether to stay in school or not. What are you up to? When are you going to travel? I have never been out of the US.
hey long time. Thought I would say hello and ask how you are? It has been over two years since our roadtrip. Time is a funny thing. Anyway well I hope all is well and that life is grrreat for you! much love, drea.
As a mother gives her children money to give, so God gives his children selves, with their wishes and choices, that they may have the true offering to lay upon the true altar; for on that altar nothing else will burn but selves. -Warlock o'Glenwarlock
The Lord would have us know the sorrow is not part of life; that it is but a wind blowing throughout it, to winnow and to cleanse.
Let the joy of your hope stream forth on your neighbors. Fold them round in that which makes you glad. Let your nature grow more expansive and communicative. Look like the man your are -- a man who knows something very good. You believe yourself on the way to the heart of things; walk so, shine so, that all that see you shall want to go with you.
I was thinking the other day how the word of God tells us that ALL things are ours...The sad times, the happy times, The times when we are waiting for more light...George MacDonald said something like this..What men call calamity is only the shadow side of a good. So when you are sad, remember that those who mourn are blessed...
One of the saddest and not least common sights in the world is the face of a child whose mind is so brimful of worldly wisdom that the human childishness has vanished from it, as well as the divine childlikeness. For the childlike is the divine, and the very word "marshals me the way that I was going."
Of all teachings, that which presents a far distant God is the nearest to absurdity. Either there is none, or he is nearer to every one of us than our nearest consciousness of self. An unapproachable divinity is the veriest of monsters, the most horrible of human imaginations.
Love bade me welcome, yet my soul drew back,
Guilty of dust and sin.
But quick-ey'd Love, observing me grow slack
From my first entrance in,
Drew nearer to me, sweetly questioning
If I lack'd anything.
"A guest," I answer'd, "worthy to be here";
Love said, "You shall be he."
"I, the unkind, the ungrateful? ah my dear,
I cannot look on thee."
Love took my hand and smiling did reply,
"Who made the eyes but I?"
"Truth, Lord, but I have marr'd them; let my shame
Go where it doth deserve."
"And know you not," says Love, "who bore the blame?"
"My dear, then I will serve."
"You must sit down," says Love, "and taste my meat."
So I did sit and eat.
"All day long he sat silent in his cabin; nor could any effort of the captain , or others on board, induce him to go on deck till night came on, when, under the starlight he ventured the open air. The sky soothed him then, he knew not how. For the face of nature is the face of God, and must bear expressions that can influence, though unconsciously to them, the most ignorant and hopeless of His children. "
