In 2001 dee ray was formed, originally as a four piece band but in 2008 dee-constructed into a power trio with new drummer, Jim Ayala........ and for a year a new sound, new songs and a new video were created.....but alas, fate stepped in and we had to say goodbye to Jim who was a real joy to play music with and who is gifted in more then just playing drums, which is saying a hell of a lot....
So Johnny and I will continue on playing as dee ray and who knows what will come down the road to greet us.....hell, we may be the next killer duo .....you never know!
