My Bio
I inherited my talent from my Grandmother. She could make anything without using a pattern! At the age of nine, I started making doll clothes, then I started making clothes for my sisters and I. I am a self-taught seamstress who loves fashion designs. I've never taken any formal training until recently, from a dear friend and awesome designer Michael Taylor. I feel that I've been blessed with a gift from God, that has enabled me to build a strong clientele in Richmond and surrounding areas. I've currently done numerous fashion shows to include, Maryland Fashion Week, Virginia Beach Fashion Week, DC Fashion Week, with upcoming events to include, NY Fashion Week, NC Fashion Week, NJ Fashion Week, Atlanta Fashion Week, and several photo shoots & interviews with Hampton Roads Magazine, Versus Magazine, and upcoming Today's Black Women Magazine Global Black Women Magazine. I feel with my hard work and dedication and love for fashion Dee's Couture will continue to prosper.
