About me:

I have been both taking photos & designing professionally for the past three years; initially starting my interest in photography ten years ago when I took on a placement at a local studio, & developing my interest in design at college.
Since then I've designed within the web, & graphic medium for numerous clients, & photographed at numerous events, with models, & make up artists; all the while keeping to my artistic interests in both fields.

Over the past three years I've mostly worked within the alternative scene, working for the likes of Alienskin clothing, Cute and evil, Awen creations, Glitz & bits, Lily's graveyard, & within my own non-profit publication; Alt fashion.

With my photography, I've worked with various models; from acclaimed international talent (Pyretta blaze, & Amaryllis), to homegrown talented locals (Cybelle, Lady anastasia, Angelic kisses, Cat splat, & Angela Manning), & some other fantastic models around the UK (Ebony fatale, Miss woo, Mystery malice, Violet magenta , Lady nex angelus, Things viral, & Sophia disgrace).
I've also been fortunate enough to meet some talented individuals whilst working on photography & design assignments within Alt fashion, whom I have collaborated with on various projects.
My work tends to capture a more kooky & quirky element, with a Gothic & alternative twist. I'm also well known for my use of unusual props in shoots (panda & spider umbrellas, toy guns, fantastically garish fans), as well as a good use of locations that you might otherwise have overlooked.
I have a keen eye for detail when it comes to design; I know a good design when I see it, & have a particular fondness for accessible, creative layouts on the web, as well as eye-catching & informative print layouts.

In my photography, I work both on film & digital; using both mediums for my paid work, & favouring digital for tfcd shoots (the latter of which I presently do once a month).
In my design, I currently work on pc, with experience on macs; using the usual suspects (photoshop, & dreamweaver), as well as having a geeky preference for coding in notepad ♥.

With experience gained from both an academic & professional background, & a fondness for artistic, creative, imagery, & functional, but appealing designs.
