About me:




Hey, my name is Devon.


In these past three years, I’ve learned so much about myself and those around me. 

I yearn for growth and love when things progress with me.  I’m going into my senior year of college 
majoring in Journalism with a minor in Political Science.
  
I work as the Sports Editor for the All State student newspaper 
with an amazing crew of individuals that have helped me grow. 

When you see me, you can find me listening to music of all kinds depending 
on what I’m feeling at that time. 

As of right now (6/22/09 at 12:46 PM), I’m listening to Common – Real People. 
I appreciate the realness of the people I love the most in my life. 

I believe there is enough wrong in the world than 
to not have the people closest to you be 
the most natural beings surrounding you.I’m a nerd and I don’t mind talking about it. 

I’ve had aspirations of being a game designer 
since as I was five, and I don’t know, maybe later on in life I could see that happening. 

I intend on going to graduate school after Austin Peay most likely in English education. 
It took me awhile to realize that what I want is to impact people in a tangible way. 

As long as I can remember, English was that class that always challenged me 
to think and feel in all sorts of ways. 

If I can challenge one kid to think 
and see the world in a different light, I’ll be a very happy person.
