    I know what you mean about work and training.

    I can't make Sunday at the moment. I'm staying in London on Saturday night (PARTEE!). They've also started MMA squad training on Sunday in Cardiff (Cardiff MMA returns! WOOT!) so I'm gonna hit that and see how it is. Give me a yell if you wanna come along.

    Meh. Only training about 6 days a week at the moment.

    Fitness is getting better. I've got myself back up to a 5km run at lunch times.

    Also back at boxing and have started muay thai as well. So I'm sleeping better now!!!
