About Defend the Melody

I started playing piano and singing as a young kid and music is something I've always been involved with. I am influenced by so many things, from Debussy to Ottis Redding to Saul Williams. My band brings my songs to life and I love them forever. Dave on synth programs all the electronic sounds into his machine and can play heaps of different instruments, which I am jealous of. Fran (on cello) does a solo project, NERVOUS DOLL DANCING and she makes the most amazing and unique music you will ever hear with all kinds of visual elements in her live shows. Martino (on drums) also plays with THE PRYOR THEORY and they are a phenomenal band. I also get the pleasure to work with dope producers such as Rosie Burgess (PANIKA), PASO BIONIC and ATARUNGI who have done remixes phatter than Ricky Lake, before she lost weight. I am just so grateful for every moment that I get to make music and cannot imagine a life without it.
