DeFKT, a DJ/Producer of DNB/Hip Hop, has been pushing the envelopes for many years, with varied skills and experience under his belt.
He has been maximizing his talents and fine tuning his production styles since late 2000, after close friends showed him some software to make music with, his potential grew from there.
DeFKT has had alot of influences being brought up with loads of different styled music, and was introduced to electronic music in early 90's.
From there he became an experienced radio DJ, key players of events in and around the South Coast UK area over the years, playing for Darkwaxradio.com, Radio Glitch and many other nights around the london area.
DeFKT has so far devoted most of his time to production, mixing and general musical composition. With his skilled techniques in the ever growing Drum and Bass scene he has set his standards to stand out from the crowd, with a unique blend of dance floor formulas and techy vibes that will bring his style to the maximum. DeFKT will wet the appetites of the most darkest of DNB heads, with his consistent variation on every track, you can expect nothing but pure ear bashing carnage and what he likes to call the "Fuck up the Dance" approach.
He has Had DJ support from day one, mainly the Rude FM crew, DJ General, DJ E and Alibi. Also many other DJ's have been supporting his unsigned music, some of which still to this day use old tracks like "Hitch Hiker".

DeFKT is also a graphics promotional artist and website designer. He has designed Album/EP Cover art, Logos, Flyers, Banners and many other promotional material for record labels and artist well known and up and coming. DeFKT also Works alongside Dangerous New Age Records, Black Reign LTD and Abducted Records involving media applications and graphical promotions. Also joined forces with Abducted Records to become a Label Manager with them, so expect even more from a quality Label.
