DEFORM NATION
DEFORMD in the year 2000, DEFORM NATION was the direct result of Singer, STRaiN, and guitarist, J, from the break up of "Dead Nervous System" or DNS. They enlisted drummer, Chris, from the defunct band UNDERCORE", and bassist, JEFF, from defunct band "CRANKCASE". Although their former bands were in the hardcore-death metal realm, DEFORM was nothing like that. DEFROM was a more mature band for these guys and they had been expanding their musical horizons. They Recorded a 4 song demo at REEL TIME, and circulated over 1200 copies of it.
Songs on the CD are: Free?, Bring Out Your Dead, Dichotomy, and Monters. They still play our "Go, Go, Monsters" song on REAL RADIO 104.1FM. They play it almost everyday check'en out: http://www.wtks.com.
So, DEFORM had problems with J not showing to practice. Then Jeff opened up his own recording studio "www.suedeshoestudios.com", and never had enough time for DEFORM. Chris and STRaiN were frustrated and pissed off, so they decided to form a new band... 5 BILLION DEAD.
