IM DAY DREAMING NIGHTMARES-- face it the world is cold like a reserver steel where your own family will steal and innocet kids go hungry without a meal and i lose myself in whats not real and still the pain plays in the back of my brain and they find some way to keep us down with all the money we gain like some sick game they flood the streets with cocain until we lose our name just another number in shackles and chains blind to the fact so we only have each other to blame i dont do this for the fame so i dont give a fuck if u ever remember my name as long as u remember the words i spit out my mouth like flames and and world should be ashame with all the money and power and still no change i had a dream of a place where niggaz dont kill every one keeps it 100 and every niggaz real doors stay unlocked cuz no one steals a place where's there's no stress no bar's or fence where we dont work hard for a few cents but i was snapped back in to reality by tragedy so sad to see lil boy found dead bullet to his head RIP Julian King

I would like to thank all of the artists and patrons that have supported our movement for positive change through critical thinking. This year LIQUIDFLOW INC is teaming up with T-MARQUISE ENTERTAINMENT and 609HIPHOP. COM with the goal of raising cash and/or canned good donations for Sister Jean Webster's hot meal program. Her hard work and dedication to providing aid and comfort to our city's homeless is one of the longest running programs in the city. We are asking our community to come out and support this noble effort. There will be a select number of performances from some of the FLOW SESSION ALUMNI and our special invited guest, Philly's own Singer/Song Writer MERON!!!! Performance space is limited due to the nature of this event so we are NOT going to have an open mic list that evening. Again, I want to thank our community for it's continued support and I look forward to seeing you soon. WORDS MUSIC LIFE LOVE FF

As a poet some body has to step up on the plate and serve soul food B.E.T What the hell is BET? Oh! I know, BET simply stands for, Buffoonry, Egocentric Television and please dont get me wrong -- I aint saying out of hate, but love for the people that are me and I relate, the black person; because in all due respect you aint keepin it REAL! you aint representin ! brain washing kids telling them that you are celebrating BLACK entertainment! nah let's keep it real the GRAMMIES are more black than you are! Lets tell it as it is' BET should be changed from Black Entertainment Television, to Afro American people television, cause you aint telling the black man's story you aint rewardin the black man, you simply be rewarding the afro american, coz check this out, I think Usain Bolt did a better job than Kobe Bryant, I think Reggae takes it back to africa than the so called hip hop but you aint rewardin that, then you got the audacity to tell us that you are celebrating the black that originated from Africa, yet you aint rewarding african artists, african athletes, thats why grammies be more black than you are! coz they celebrate african music- in a small way - but atleast they do it You know what - I will feel on top of the world for the african man for they seem they dont understand yet they got african street festival at they back yard and you! you! in this sensitive times of racism you come up with this bull ish? coz BET came about as a retaliation to the Grammies as they claimed never rewarded enough black talent, but this aint looking anything like that looks like it was more as a retaliation to not rewarding afro american talent

Sad, putting us in a bad light then Their argument looks Right but who’s name in the record Books? Because of Our colour they set up their own rules For us to follow Then they use us like mules, then They laugh and say we’re The fools, keeping us out of schools, Uneducated Become the readers and leaders but We are powerless, they Possess an enchantment and I don’t Know why.
