| About Defragmentation |

Defragmentation is a collaborative effort of 2 underground New York artists. Writing music for 400 years, Jeff and Paper have developed a unique and creative style of jungle, industrial and hard noise that constantly changes and evolves.
Their first release on Invisible Records, Self Construct, is a mix of industrial, drum and bass, experimental hard noise and heavy metal. Self Construct consists of 19 tracks totaling 55:14 of bang your head and fuck your mom music. Not that the music promotes incest... I mean we sure don't, but after the hard noise and screaming jungle tear your mind up, you'll want to let loose somehow.
In addition to working on their own album, Defragmentation is constantly doing remixes for other bands. Since the end of production of Self Construct, Defrag has done remixes for Acumen Nation, Bozo Porno Circus, Dope, The Agression, Nocturne and Voodou. They have also contributed to Pigface’s album Easy Listening and have more projects in the works.
Over the past couple of years, Defragmentation has opened for such bands as, Pigface, Damage Manual, Meg Lee Chin, Gravity Kills, gODHEAD, Bile, Voodou and Chris Connelly.
