Books

About me: Hey there, how are ya? I'm a freelance comic illustrator and cartoonist (www.deftoons.com). My current self-published work is a horror series titled School: A Ghost Story.
School is about a girl named Lindsay Buckner, 12 years old, all of a sudden wakes up as a ghost inside an elementary school. She has no recollection of how she died, when she died or who did it, so she needs to find out exactly what happened to her in the last moments of her life while in this elementary school that she's trapped inside. It's part murder mystery, part gothic horror, and it's something fresh for the new genre of comics. Go to http://www.deftoons.com/school.html if this peaks your fancy! Feel free to drop me a line, too. My email is deftoons@deftoons.com. I look forward to hearing from you!
This is me dancing:
Hey Brian- I've had a thought and unlike usual where I let such thoughts fade back into the ether, I wanted to put it out there before I forgot. What can we do to lock you in to appear at Acme for FCBD next year? And yeah, I'm pretty much not taking no for an answer already.
I heard a deliciously good rumor and please thank Randi (not to mention gas prices) for th wonderful great happening!! Welcome back. Hope the con went terrific and see you soon!! I have missed hanging out and cannot wait to meet the new girl in your life.
The moon? Ugh...At least that $2,000 coffee maker is something you can get your hands on. Besides, could you imagine the property taxes?!
Two questions:
1. Survive the Oshkosh flood okay? 2. If you could only read one comic series (Spawn, Spidey, X-Men, etc), that you did not create, for the rest of your life, what would it be?
