From a very young age fascinated with the sounds of music. At the age
of 6, learning the basics on the guitar from his dad and discovering
new sounds. As a teen Marcus joined up with the neighborhood band
that needed a bass player. Marcus passions started his journey performing professionally since 1967, local school events, officer clubs, studio sessions, bass tech and workshops • Touring Europe - Southeast Coast working with various artists and groups.
A 41 year stretch career enduring his
passions searching for new challenges and creative ways to maintain excitement in his performances. - Marcus maintains his artist endorsement relationships and sponsorships of companies - Warrior Instruments, Live Wires, DR Strings, Italia Straps, No Sweat, Two Sisters Photography, Ohair - which provide services to such artist musicians, even outside the purview of his endorsements. Currently taking an medical leave, due to Adenocarcinoma Cancer, Spent a 5 week adventure recoverying in hosiptal, now 6 week recovery at home....CANCER FREE!!!
