About me:
I'm happily married to a woman who shares my enthusiasm for horses. I have been a member of the S.C.A. (Society for Creative Anachronism) www.sca.org since 1981, known as Stephan de Huyn in these current Middle Ages (different from MY middle ages, which I am way past) I became a Knight in the SCA (meaningful for those of you who know about the SCA, meaningless for those of you who don’t) in the late 80’s. I started riding horses in 1986 and began Team Roping with my dad (who was 72 at the time, he roped until he was 82) in the early 90’s. Team Roping has been my passion ever since. Leaving me little time (or money for that matter) for much else.
