DEI SUONI aparece en el año 2002 como resultado de la desaparición de otros grupos de la escena Alicantina: Pili Perkins, Método Milton y Westpoles. Muy pronto comienzan a componer canciones que dan como resultado la aparición de una primera maqueta de 3 canciones con el nombre de "John Kee Songs". Esto posibilita el que empiecen los primeros conciertos junto a grupos como Shanty Road o Ross y poco después Early Day Miners o Appleseed casts.
El tiempo pasa y tras numerosos conciertos, participaciones en concursos (finalistas proyecto demo 2005, ganadores concurso pixies…) y reestructuraciones en la formación de la banda, DEI SUONI apuesta por otro sonido y en Agosto de 2006 fichan por la discográfica CLOSER RECORDS con la que graban su primer disco “A Path Where No One Thought” con fecha de salida el 26 de Febrero de 2007.
