About me:

Spade1 has been on the top of his game since he started in the music business in 1988. Living the cultural hip-hop life, Spade1 started sharpening his skills as a DJ rocking high school house parties and rapping with local groups in Berlin, Germany. Upon his arrival at Virginia State University, Spade1 took over the college party scene and became one of Virginia’s top party DJ’s. Every show that came anywhere near central VA from 1993 - 1999, Spade1 had a hand in it one way or another. It wasn’t until 1996, when his mixed tapes and CD’s started to become popular, Spade1 began producing music so that local rap artists could shine on his CD’s. Since then, he has been producing and working with many different unsigned Hip- Hop and R&B artists. Currently, he is Co-Founder of Soul Foundation Music with plans on taking this music industry to new levels.

    Hello My Friend. Just stopping by to wish you and yours a Merry Christmas and to share a little something with you to reflect on during this holiday season.
    At the center of the Christmas story—and the gospel itself—there is a miracle. Jesus was born of a virgin. A lot of people will go through the motions of celebrating another holiday season while doubting the central miracle behind the holiday.
    What will you do with this miracle? If the virgin birth is just a fanciful story, then Christmas isn’t all that important. But Scripture tells us that when an angel announced the news of Jesus’ birth to Mary, he said, “The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you; therefore, the child to be born will be called holy—the Son of God.”
    The only one powerful enough to be born of a virgin is God Himself. The Savior we celebrate isn’t just a baby; He’s divine. He’s the only one powerful enough to save us from sin by His own blood. Will you thank Him today for His miraculous gift?
