NOTICE TO BANDS:
DEKUM MANOR IS FULLY BOOKED NOW THROUGH THE END OF APRIL!
We have started receiving requests for May, June and July.
When requesting a show- please try to have your band +2 others and a specific date in mind- we attempt to limit ourselves to 4 shows a month. If you're touring and need someone to set up a show for you, we're probably not your best bet- however we SOMETIMES make exceptions. Thanks!
NOTICE TO FRIENDS AND SHOW-GOERS:
DEKUM MANOR IS NOW CHARGING A SMALL DONATIONS FEE FOR EACH SHOW OF THE ATTENDEES! Why? Well, there are a few very good reasons.
1). We have had 3 years of several free shows per month and thus an equivalent amount of wear and tear done to our house and equipment (including but not limited to: broken PA, broken toilet, broken windows, caving floor boards).
2). Shows rack up quite a sum on our electric and water bills.
3). As Dekum Manor has gained popularity, more and more touring bands are wishing to play here- and when they do, we give them at least 50% of what we make that night!
We love our shows, we love our house, and we love you. The money goes to ensuring we can continue to do this for a long time.
So please continue attending our shows, just be sure to check the donation amount we are charging that night (anywhere between $1-5) and bring cash and a chipper disposition. Because when you think about it, $1-5 is a pretty decent deal for what we offer.
