About me:

I am from a city like no other- this city will always hold a place in my heart. Born and raised in New Orleans has spiced up this Southern Belle and gave me a kick of Cajun. Southern hospitality is imbedded in my brain and win or lose I will always be a Saints fan. These past few years have been a complete whirlwind but the most amazing journey and I give all the glory to God. Today, I see God’s hand in every aspect of my life, molding me into the woman I am meant to be in Christ. I know that his plan for my life is not that of my own and I approach everyday with faith in his word and way. The mistakes that I have made in the past have been forgiving and the choices that I will make in the future will be guided by his will. I know I don’t always understand his decisions, but I do understand the sense of peace that accompanies his choices for my life. I know that everything in life happens for a reason and I trust that God is doing a great work inside of me. God is revealing and showing me how to trust my inner self, he is teaching me how to trust my heart, cutting away at the imperfections in my life that has got me to this point- shaping me like a diamond in the rough. He is showing me how to trust others that he has placed in my path; allowing us to minister to each other, teaching me to welcoming them into his presence. He is molding me into a better person, a better women, mother, friend, lover, and daughter and I invite the changes with open arms. I trust that the Lord will lead me down his lighted path and I will see his work around every corner in my life.
