Hi folks. I play a 1931 National resonator guitar and a 1930’s era Gibson. I moved from Colorado to Missouri in the summer of 2007 and have been playing solo gigs in and around my new hometown of Columbia, MO. My friend David McIntyre, the Mayor of Bluestown radio on KGNU 88.5 FM Boulder, CO, said it this way, "If you enjoy the low-down, gutbucket music that comes from deep in the soul, this is it." I believe in Delta Blues - the foundation of American music. Thanks for listening.
I started using my blogging tool to highlight some of the more interesting profiles and some of the better music that I’ve ran across on Myspace and I've really been suprised with the response it's gotten.
Thought I better let you know so that you can’t say that you weren’t warned.
Greetings from Las Vegas, NV where you can always "bet on the blues" and win big! Love your music and Mississippi John Hurt. I've seen him in person. What a performer! Check out my blog in MJH's remembrance.
Hey Dave! Thanks for the ad! We'd love to see you at our Blues Festival this weekend in NW Arkansas at George's Majestic Lounge in Fayetteville. It's an all day gig on Saturday from 4 till close.
