In an overcrowded sea of new metal acts fighting for exposure, few stand out as being true descendants of speed and thrash metal founders like Exodus, Testament, and Sacred Reich. DELUSIONS OF bring to the stage and studio all that made that sound so innovative and exciting during it’s high watermark in the late 80’s and early 90’s. Their self-titled debut EP pays homage to metal's past legacies without losing a firm foothold on the present and future of the genre. Guitarists Corey Fritz and Curtis Gaudet weave a web of riffs and epic lead hooks backed by a stunning performance by young drummer powerhouse Kane Kuiack. Slick and professionally produced, it features no shortage of dynamic contrasts and memorable vocals, from the cutting edges of the riffs in “Broken Wings” and “Dead Lust” to the brooding and hypnotic pace of the brilliant “Addiction". With no lack of technical ability or songwriting vision, DELUSIONS OF are fully equipped to take on the industry as Western Canada’s next genre-defining metal act.

You guys were so nice, and I just wanted to say that its awesome to see you havent let the success go to your heads. Although I was shocked when I later learned Your Bass player was into dudes, but what ever tickles your pickle I suppose lol J/K.
hey dudes, definitely dig the tunes, fuckin loved it when you guys came down and played here in lloyd last time at future of aggression, we finally got some recordings up of some of the tunes we have been working on lately, they're pretty low quality but will do the trick for now haha you dudes should check them out and tell us what you think of them

Ha ha, no problem man. Thanks for making the effort anyway, it's the intention that matters. By the end the number of people on the floor were starting to be outnumbered by people on the stage anyway so you didn't miss a heck of alot. We're really pumped to get into the studio, we've never done anything to this kinda full scale so it should be a blast.

most of us over here would take the most seriously because we are just dedicated to it (and some that have nothing better to do like yours truly xD) but when it comes to money we would save up for the band but if it was for any other use usually we would blow it off.

All is Great and There Is Wisdom In The Unknown Seeking Sight For The Blind Sitting On The Times Of Their Life As They Feed On The System And Not The Food. Moving forward I say send me a zap track today. Plug in something and let it flow for a few minutes, then spit it out and send it to me in mp3. Zap means BOOM! like that you see.. Sit back and think(Open the Channel to the Cosmos) before you act and then attack....that's a zap track. I'll flip it back and we'll smile heavily.
