I have trouble focusing on one particular medium
because there are so many that I want to
experience & loose myself in.
*I inevitably have ink smudges on my fingertips...
this is nearly always the ink of my .13 Rotring rapidograph.

...perfection; finally.
*I love paper...
Every kind.
My hands always find their way to it...
I cannot resist floating my fingers across it,
pressing my palm firmly on its surface..cool & soft.
This is one of my secret pleasures, like the way my hand feels sunken deep in a barrel of dry pinto beans...
*and I love words...
the look of them, the way they can stop.
The way they roll & cut and cause physical reactions...
I believe that the words we use,
have far more power than we can imagine....
.....use them well.
