Vzw Democrazy is een rondreizende Muziekclub die niet vasthangt aan één concertzaal en dus op verschillende locaties in Gent kan teruggevonden worden. De concerten gaan afwisselend door in Minnemeers, Kunstcentrum Vooruit, de Centrale, Charlatan of Zebrastraat. Democrazy zweert niet bij één gerne en zorgt er zo voor dat menig muziekliefhebber zijn muzikale honger kan stillen. Het assortiment is groot en zeer gevarieerd: hiphop, dubstep, drum and bass, pop, alternatieve rock, elektronica, metal, dance, funk, soul, reggae, ...krijgen allen hun rechtmatige plaatsje toegewezen in de programmering.
Democrazy organiseert daarnaast twee festivals Boombox/Boomtown (the place to be op de Gentse Feesten!) en De Beloften (een najaars pop- en rockconcours).
Dit najaar worden ook enkele nieuwe concepten gelanceerd, waarbij specifieke muzikale doelgroepen extra in de watten worden gelegd tijdens deze nieuw genre avonden:
Bubblegum: pop & rock
Kicks: electro, house & dance
Tabii: multi-cultureel project
Lefto: hiphop
Dyn-O-mite: funk & soul
Mystic: dubstep
De veelheid aan partnerships tekent de eigenheid van Democrazy. Er wordt op structurele basis samengewerkt met KC Vooruit (Club Midi), NTGent (Minnemeers), De Beloften, vzw Oude Beestenmarkt (Boomtown), Nucleo, vzw Repetitieruimtes (Repetitieruimtes Leoppoldskazerne) en Genthology. Partners en sponsors zijn Studio Brussel, Clubcircuit, Vedett, Coca Cola en Red Bull.
