About me:
More reviews, news, features and artists coming soon...
Here's a little about those involved with Demos Reviewed. For all reviews look in the blog section of the page.
Ollie spent 3 years contributing to the music section of the DeMontfort University paper 'The Demon', including a role as joint editor for a year. Arranged a successful gig in April 2005 at the Students Union, working in conjunction with, amongst others, The Leicester Mercury and bbc.co.uk/leicester. Since then he was the head booker at 2oothpaste for nearly 2 and a half years, and has helped to arrange such nights as 'Rock/Paper/Scissors' in Leicester.
Joel is a DJ with the hugely successful Mosh chain, playing cutting-edge indie in Leicester and Derby. In addition, he runs Fox Like Me Music, based in Leicester, looking after the talents of a number of local artists, and has also put on and promoted a number of gigs.
Matt was a contributor to the De Montfort University student newspaper 'The Demon' for a number of years, and has a real passion for emerging bands
Claire and Sam co-host Demon FM show 'Unscripted', bringing the best in new and unsigned music, having profiled the likes of The Tea Monkeys and Luke Leighfield in the past. Their eye for talent earmarks their reviewed bands as some of the best we have heard.
George is a seventeen year old with high ambitions to write in the music press. While studying A-Levels in a bog standard Comp, he is juggling writing gigs with Time For Heroes magazine and Demos Reviewed, while also finding time to start producing his own radio show. He has interviewed Ormondroyd, Dark Sparks and Look See Proof and is always on the lookout for the next big thing, whatever style it is.
Marie is another who has contributed to the DMU student newspaper before, and is a valued part of the site. She has reviewed a number of bands on this site, and has helped several acts with her kind words.

Who I'd like to meet:
Anyone who comes to any gigs we arrange, anyone who can help with what we are trying to achieve on this site, and anyone who is a fan of bands on a local level.
