They first met in Barcelona, in 2003, in the “Escola Superior de Música de Catalunya”, while doing an ERASMUS exchange program. This was the beginning of a strong and successful collaboration that resulted in the development of different projects, the recording of two CDs and numerous performances all over Europe, U. S. A. and Africa.
The musical complicity felt between the two since the very first moment lead them to start a voice and double bass duo. Having a solid Jazz background, they created personal arrangements adapted to this peculiar setting.
Their unique sound results of an intimate approach, where details, humour and silence gain special importance, leaving space for improvisation and dialogue between this two instruments that, despite being in opposite ends of range, complement each other.
