About me: South America born, Dennis Da Silva has played internationally, sharing the bill with acts including Layo & Bushwacka, Richard Dorfmeister, The Propellorheads, Ladytron, Mark Moore, Lady Miss Kier (Dee-Lite), Infadels, Spiller, Sammy Jo (Scissor Sisters DJ) and many more. Venues include Pacha, Heaven, 93 Feet East, Gardening Club, EGG, Fire, Goldsmiths College, Zeta Bar at the Hilton as well as music for catwalk shows during London Fashion Week and Harvey Nichols. He has also lent his eclectic DJ skills to illustrious art events at ICA, National Gallery, The Hospital, The Collection and was the first DJ (by special permission of the Ministry of Defence) to spin on the world's most advance stealth ship - RV Triton and probably the last!
His current playlists include, Justice, Simian Mobile Disco,Tiga, Babyshambles, Felix Da Housecat, Hot Chip, New Young Pony Club, Peaches, Klaxons, LCD Soundsystem, CSS, Futureheads, Raconteurs, Daft Punk and Gossip whilst also delving into his back catalogue of influences including Kraftwerk, Bowie, Roxy Music, Michael Jackson, Madonna, Nirvana and Prince. There are always a few surprises thrown into his set as well and he very rarely has the same hairstyle.
