Department of Safety and Fontee Fount Recordings present Fontee Fest II: A three-day all-ages music festival (with a slight carnival theme) to defeat the cold of winter. 24+ bands and performers from all over the United States and Canada will converge in Anacortes for an extended weekend of music, food, fun, and surprises. This year’s line-up will include performances by Mount Eerie, Karl Blau, No Kids, LAKE, Transmography, Adrian Orange, and the Anacortes High School Drum Line. The Department of Safety has been going almost 7 years, and is an artist-run multi-use creative space housed in Anacortes’ old police and fire station. The Department of Safety also takes part in and accommodates a huge portion of What The Heck Fest. Fontee Fount Recordings is a small DIY record label from Mountain Home, AR started by Paul A. Benson and Nicholas Wilbur in order to release their own music. Fontee Fount currently runs and is run out of the Department of Safety, where all Fontee Fest events will take place. All events are all-ages. Full passes cost $20, and are available for online purchase at www.departmentofsafety.com . For updated schedule and more information about performers, please visit: fonteefest.fonteefount.com.

Hello, I'm just sending out a reminder that due to the nature of the festival site, this event does have limited capacity ... we will be selling only 2000 adult tickets - buy soon to avoid disapointment. Tickets purchased at the gate (if still available) will be more expensive.
So grab your tickets in advance from our website -
Hey you guys, I just stayed with you folks last night and it was great. I recall Nich saying he wanted to hear my music, so I thought I'd make it easy for him, simply click on our name or picture, and WALLA! Thanks for the shelter you guys, I really needed it.

Hi there! We've got a new EP that we're especially proud of called Summer which is the second in our series of seasonal EPs this year. We'd love for you to listen to the EP online, and to do so, just click on the graphic below. If you like what you hear, we'd be very grateful if you'd support our efforts by buying the EP for €2.50 (around $3.20).
Hope all is going great for you. Thanks for being our friend!
