About me: A Mad City native who has explored several walks of life over the past 24 years...Despite regional like-mindedness, global trends suggest he may belong to a dwindling philosophical minority. Of all circles circulated, his most genuine encounters have typically occurred within the sphere of global dance culture. Hence, he has endeavored to establish a presence within the culture, and to take part in its collective growth and experience. Over the past few years he has held residencies at Bluefin, the Mercury Lounge, and the Casbah, as well as performing guest sets at the Cardinal and on DJ Harsh's 91.7 WSUM show, The Melodic Sessions. Drawing upon experiences in the Chicago and Minneapolis club scenes, he combined deep house, uplifting trance, and dark progressive in an attempt to portray the dynamic landscapes of life through his mixing. These deep yet explosive combinations, affectionately dubbed Aquatic House, gave rise to his 'Depthcharge' alias, which he continues to play under at The Casbah's iHookah nights alongside DJ Ebiz.
Recently, under his WaveSculptor alias, he has begun producing tracks to further personalize his mixes, and his vision for deep progressive house is gradually emerging and accelerating through a series of prototype productions. Expect the sounds of this aspiring dj/producer to delve into House's uncharted depths, galvanizing a genre, yet ever-dissolving and expanding stylistic boundaries along the way.
