About me: I am Tom Steele's new dog. I am a black and tan Pomeranian. Tom lost his best friend in the whole world - Nordbert - on July 20th of 2006. He got me four days later. They tell me that I am much smarter than Nordbert. My people say they got me because I am exactly like Nordbert was in ONE AREA - I LOVE PEOPLE. Other than that, they say I am completely different than Nordbert, and that is how they want it. I know they still have a lot of pictures of Nordbert up in the house and sometimes they accidentally call me Nordbert.
I am named after Dr. Dermot Jevens at Upstate Veterinary Specialists in Greenville, South Carolina. He helped take care of Nordbert when he had cancer. My humans like unique names, and here in America, Dermot is a unique name. In Ireland, Dr. Jevens says EVERYONE is named Dermot. I assume he is telling the truth, he is a doctor after all.
HI THERE, HOW HAVE U BEEN? MY MOMMY PILED ME, THE KIDS, AND THE CAT PJ IN THE CAR THIS SAT AND WE HEADED OFF TO PETCO TO GET OUR PIC TAKEN BY SANTA-THE CAR RIDE AS ALWAYS WAS COOL FOR ME ( ALL THE CAT DID WAS MEOW ALL THE WAY). ONCE WE GET TO PETCO MOMMY FINDS OUT THAT THEY ARE ONLY DOING PICS WITH SANTA NEXT SUN :(. THAT BLOWS THAT PLAN OUT OF THE WATER, BECAUSE THAT WHOLE DAY IS ALREADY BOOKED FOR MY FAMILY WITH HOLIDAY STUFF THEY GOTTA DO!! SO, I WONT GET TO GET MY PIC WTIH SANTA THIS YEAR-IT KINDA BUMS ME OUT-BUT I DID HAVE FUN RUNNING THRU PETCO, CHECKING OUT THE OTHER DOGS! WELL, HOPE YOU ARE HAVING A GREAT HOLIDAY SEASON SO FAR!! HOLLA BACK, PRINCE :)

A CAT'S DIARY
Day 183 of my captivity.
My captors continued to taunt me with bizarre little dangling objects.
They dine lavishly on fresh meat, while I am force d to eat dry cereal.
The only thing that keeps me going is the hope of escape, and the mild
satisfaction I get from clawing the furniture. Tomorrow I may eat another
house plant.
Today my attempt to kill my captors by weaving around their feet while
they were walking almost succeeded. Maybe I should try this at the top of
the stairs.
In an attempt to disgust and repulse these vile oppressors, I once again
induced myself to throw up on their favorite chair. I must try this on
their bed.
Decapitated a mouse and brought them the headless body in an attempt to
make them aware of what I am capable of, and to try to strike fear into
their hearts. They only cooed and condescended about what a good little
kitty cat I was. This is not working according to plan.
There was some sort of gathering of their accomplices. I was placed in
solitary confinement throughout the event. However, I could hear the noise
and smell the food. More important, I overheard that my confinement was
due to my powers of inducing something called "allergies." Must learn what
this is and how to use it to my advantage.
I am convinced the other captives are flunkies and maybe snitches. The dog
is routinely released and seems more than happy to return. He is obviously
a half-wit.
The bird, on the other hand, has got to be an informant. He speaks with
them regularly, and I am certain he reports my every move. Due to his
current placement in the metal room, his safety is assured.

I JUST KEPT STARING OUT THE WINDOW AND BARKED ALL WEEKEND LONG!!-I CANT HELP IT-ALL I WANT TO DO IS RUN OVER TO HER HOUSE-MOMMY SAYS " I JUST WANT TO STRUT MY STUFF"!-WELL, HAVE A GREAT WEEK=LOVE, PRINCE =WOOF WOOF
WHAT ARE UR PLANS FOR THE WEEKEND? IM JUST GONNA CHILL-WATCH THE REDSKINS AND NASCAR WITH THE FAMILY :) I WILL HAVE TO SWITCH BACK AND FORTH BETWEEN MY REDSKINS AND DALE JR HATS!! HAVE A GOOD ONE-WOOF WOOF!

HI THERE-JUST WANTED TO LET YA KNOW, IM GETTING READY TO GO OUT OF TOWN WITH THE FAMILY THIS WEEKEND-WE ARE GOING TO DELAWARE-TO THE BEACH.
