Well now, influences are different than what one listens to I suppose. Really love the band Therapy? And they have had some influence on me. Others might be Smashing Pumpkins, Dashboard Confessional, and Brand New. And a new found love for Ryan Adams.
Sounds Like
I’ve been told I sound like Smashing Pumpkins on occasion. Perhaps a good comparison would be like Dashboard Confessional with more power in the vocals. But give it a listen and you tell me.
I’ve spent the last 8 years playing and writing songs. I’ve tried to learn as much about music as I could in that time. I’ve spent the last 6 years getting my degree (with a minor in music).
I’ve played professionally off and on since then and am finally almost finished compiling tracks for my first LP.
The LP is in the process of being mixed and contains 10 tracks. I played all the parts (and looped all the drums) and it should be out soon. The track on this site will be included on that LP.
Heh heh. Uh not to shabby. Quality wise Im still workin on it but thats where you will come in. Eventually when we actually get around to it. Anyways I started working on an instrumental project. Similar to the album leaf I guess. But I was wondering if you'd want to help me out with it. Let me know.
