In meinen Schwertkampf - Seminaren lasse ich ab von den Methoden des reinen Schulfechtens, denn das Studium des Umgangs mit der Waffe im täglichen Leben, so wie es im Mittellter üblich war, kommt beim sportlichen Fechten überhaupt nicht vor.
Ich konzentriere mich hierbei auf die Belange des Bühnenfechtens nach wissenschftlichem, historischen Material und auf meine
Erfahrungen durch jahrelange Versuche mit meiner, seit nunmehr zehn Jahren bestehenden Schwertkampf - Gruppe.

Sword fighting:
Sword fighting lessons as well as riding lessons (for knights or those who will become one) for groups and individuals. In my sword fighting, i leave seminars by the methods from the pure classical fighting because a study in dealing with the weapon in daily life, as is usual in the middle ages, say..s it was not the sport fencing . I concentrate on the concerns that the showfight by academical, historical material and my experience through years experiments with my sword fighting Group , which now have been existing for ten years.

Für sein Soloprogramm benötigt Marcus van Langen – der schillernde Vagant (Zillo 2006) und Deutschlands belibtester Minnesänger (Publikumspreis Minnesängerwettstreit 2005) weder Technik noch Bühne, denn seine ist da, wo das Publikum ist. Er agiert mitten unter und mit dem Publikum...

Das langerwartete mittelalterliche Liederbuch von Marcus van Langen ist nun erhältlich,
Eine Musikszene hat sich vereint, um gemeinsam ein Lied zur Unterstützung notleidender
Kinder in Israel und Palästina zu produzieren.
Initiiert von VAN LANGEN haben sich zwanzig bekannte Ensembles aus dem Bereich der Mittelalter- und Independent Musik zusammengetan und interpretieren jeweils eine Strophe eines der bekanntesten Lieder des Mittelalters:

Nach langem hin und her ist es nun endlich da, das gemeinsame Album von Pseudonym Anonym und U-Double-U. Obwohl sie schon seit Anfang 2001 gemeinsam Musik machen kommt erst jetzt das gemeinsame Album, welches einen neuen Standart in Sachen Wechselrap setzt. Vielfältiger kann ein Album nicht sein. Vollgepackt mit überkomplizierten Texten, melodiösen Ohrwürmern und viel Liebe zum Detail. Nicht nur die Stimmfarben, auch die Charaktere an sich können unterschiedlicher kaum sein.
