Formed in the fall of 2004 by Jeff Jordan and Ryan Postlethwait, Descension Rate is the product of two very different backgrounds coming together to form one brutal beast. From Jeff's side you have an electronic base which is combined with Ryan's brutal guitar playing. Descension Rate is filled out by Doug Lilly, who fills out the songs with his fat bass sounds, and live with Mike Beck on Keys and Neil Zahradnik shreds out on the guitar with Ryan.
After a two year hiatus Descension Rate has regrouped with two new members and began writing new and very different material. The new sound is much more organic and harsher. Keep an eye out for new songs!

Hey just wanted to stop by and thank you for your friendship and let you know that you can now download the entire "American Nightmare" album for ONE DOLLAR for a limited time!
Go to the Dead Aesthetic profile and click on the album cover art in the right hand column to get it now!
Thanks again for the support and I hope you enjoy the album!
The download is FREE and available through MegaUpload or via Torrents. Let me know what you think, I put a lot of time into recording and mastering this. If nothing else it's good new music provided free to every one's economically raped lives. So here's a recording of my latest set (played at American Gothic in Ohio). Style: Psychedelic Goth. [ SYNCHROMODE'S NEW ALBUM OUT NOW @
SMK RECORDS! ]
Synchromode releases his third album: 'Rüsselkäfer'. This time Synchromode signs with a new and promising harsh electronic label from USA, Soviet Media Kontrol. 'Rüsselkäfer' includes the harshest rhythmic noise of Synchromode's new works. As John LOHR -Soviet Media Kontrol's mastermind- said, "This album delivers strong rhythmic noise tunes with harsh breakcore influences. Possibly simmilar to 'Operation Tough Guy' era Hypnoskull or possibly even some Noisex material, this disc is sure to please many!".

I just wanted to stop by to say hello and give you a little update on what Blood Root Mother is up to! We will be recording an EP of new music in August, and we recently finished recording a live DVD. The DVD is currently unreleased and I actually just saw it for the first time yesterday. It features the last two performances with Tony Ellis still alive, and some footage from the tribute show we played on the night of his funeral.
There are some cool covers, as well as some NEW music that will be on our upcoming EP. We're very excited about the new music and we'd like to share a sneak peak with you. Here's a video of a tune called Run Bobby Run:
