| •• Biography: |
| Autumn of 2006. That’s the date when band is born. All started in almost cold evening of september’s day when well known friends “Mutants” (Martins) and “Dievs” (Emils) decided to make a band. From that moment they started to move forward to stage activities. |
| In a couple of days were found other members of band mentioned above and separated their roles as they perform at this moment, full of ideas, ambitious and without previous experience, except Ex-drummer Kristaps Krumins, which unfortunately is not performing with band anymore. |
| In the same time in approximately time of one month first song called “Sand of time” was completely written and in December 2006 band first performed live on anniversary event of the Youth music centre, where they had rehearsal room before. This gig everyone in band remembers with a smile, as most nervous, most funniest, and in the same time most hard four minutes on stage with dirty riffs and unclear solos, but after feedbacks from fans, they decided to continue in future, and exactly five minutes before, name Deserving case was chosen. |
| Until 2008 band made big progress in quality, performed some famous and less famous local gigs improving quality and technics when finally decided to move higher on Latvian rock music market, recorded first single “Army marching” followed by second single “Wonderland “ and in addition with still unrecorded songs which were played on different stages, in different clubs on different events started to become recognized between different levels of listeners. |
| •• Most recent achievements: |
| March 9th 2008 - First single “Army marching” was recorded. |
| April 2008 – In “Sony BMG” international band contest “Urband Playground”, band voted 11th place between 64 Latvian participants. In the international voting, 50th place achieved between 326 international participants. |
| May 11yh 2008 – Second single “Wonderland was recorded and available for public hearing. May 26th 2008 – Band performed live with interview “ON AIR” of “Latvijas Radio 1” in youth program “Radiobumba”. |
| In spring of 2008 Band started mutual co-operation with “Nighttrain entertainment group” which takes representing functions in Europe and Overseas. |
