In August 2005, Matt Svaglic (guitar, vocals) and Jon Sullivan (drums) finally found the last piece of the puzzle: Austin Amstutz (bass).
In short order they began crafting songs and sounds of an unknown essence under the moniker, "Design. Drift. Distance." They've recorded a four song demo, as well as a two song ep /demo at Shay Scott's Klickitat Band Camp Studio. In the early summer of 2007 Jon decided to depart and concentrate on other pursuits, so Austin and Matt began the search for a new drumming powerhouse. Soon there after Jeff Massingill stepped in. They are now on track with new material and are playing shows in Portland and the the greater Northwest.
