Des McMahon is an electronic music producer from Philadelphia, PA. He was raised in a family that was passionate of their music and this was passed down to Des. He first became interested in trance music when he was very young but never admitted it as a guilty pleasure because electronic music was frowned upon in the U.S.

As years passed Des entered high school and no longer cared about what others thought about him, so his taste of music was at a huge variety. Des listened to everything from The Misfits to The Gorillaz to Miles Davis. The next year, Des's long time friend came back from Europe and exposed him to what would become an obsession for Des. Des heard "Adagio for Strings" by Tiesto and from that point trance became Des's passion.

Lately, Des has been working on some tunes that have been receiving good feedback. His first "break through" tune was called "Shogun" a hefty tech trancer that gained support from Will Atkinson and Mac & Taylor. Will liked it so much that he asked to remix it. Upcoming tunes from Des will be follow ups on his tech-trance, but also he has started producing many energetic trance tunes.
