Greg and Bo have had many musical involvements and have appeared on numerous recordings over the years. Greg has been honing his craft as a producer and recording engineer for well over a decade. He's amassed a lengthy discography and worked at studios from Boston to Austin. Desolation Row has been home base since the fall of 2002 when he and Bo decided to pool equipment and have fun. Before Desolation Row Greg has worked with such luminaries as: Ryan Adams, Chris Stamey, Jody Stephens, Mr. Colson, Sean Slade, Whiskeytown, Caitlin Cary, Hazeldine, Anders Parker, Cry of Love, Big Punisher, Cole, Goner, Trucker, The Cherry Valence, etc, etc... .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .... .. .. .. -

Influences
The fact that affordable studios with nice-sounding untreated rooms were few and far between in Raleigh in the fall of 2002 ...and... that we had a chance to do something very enjoyable inside a crazy ol' quonset hut... -

10 of 135MoreGreg, great show last night w/ Starmount @MarshWoodwinds. I love to watch you and listen to you bending those notes. And I've got to say that 'The Battle of Brentwood Creek' is my new favorite song. I can't get it out of my head. Good stuff, man.
Hi. I'm Marco from Italy and i'd like to introduce my electronic/ambient project to you: "Banshee Nova". I released my debut LP few days ago and i'd be really happy if you would download it (absolutely for free, of course). It's some kind of an instrumental voyage through 2100 a.d Africa. Click here to reach download page or here to visit myspace page. As always, any comment, insult, praise, mail or salute is really appreciated.
