Well especially right now, my daughter, Lyric takes up most of my interest as I am currently her favorite person in the entire world! (righfully so, I freakin threw up for 14 weeks, got giantly fat and then pushed for 2 hours to get her here)
Then let's not forget this little boy as I am currently his incubator... slowly getting fat and swollen... on bedrest for what will be almost 4 months... these kids SO owe me!
My family, as they rock and I love to be around them. That is Benjamins and Vandeputs, they all rock.
I love horses and hopefully will get my own soon.
I love debate and politics and traveling and singing at the top of my lungs, watching lives change when the fire of God falls, trying to speak french, laughing so hard that my nose starts to vibrate, hearing my daughter laugh, seeing her interact with other kids and squeal in delight. watching Preston do his "Interpretive Dance"...
oh and MY BEAUTIFUL, AMAZING, TERRIFIC, DASHING, EUROPEAN HUSBAND JONATHAN!!!!! (sigh) I love that man! :)
Music
I love me some Alanis! I love my American Idol girls Kelly Clarkson and Carrie Underwood, but mainly I listen to United Live and Misty Edwards.
AND my brothers Austin, Landon and Preston.
Movies
Okay, I will say the Original Trilogy Star Wars.
I watch at least one of them, at least once a week. It's this wierd comfort thing for me... Also, I love Willow! The Notebook is the best love story of all times!
Television
Heroes, Lost, CSI, So You Think You Can Dance, Amazing Race, Ellen, Wildfire, Big Love, American Idol, Dexter, Sex and the City, Bones, Private Practice, Lipstick Jungle, Army Wives, Grey's Anatomy rocks my world... As you can see, I watch waaaay too much tv.
Books
My favorite all-time author is Francine Rivers as her books literally changed my life and made me want to be a writer. I also am really into a lot of fantasy books like Terry Brooks, Terry Goodknd and of course STEPHENIE MEYERS TWILIGHT SERIES (I have a crush on Edward), talk about someone who inspires me to write out the stories I have replay in my mind... forensic science books, papal conspiracy, not a big romance fan, but really I just love to read!
Heroes
My parents for never backing down
And my husband, for leaving everything familiar and following the Lord.
Yea it does. I would go to Walmart and ride around in the wheel chair just to get out of the house. They never put me on that mag stuff they just kept giving me the shot to stop it and finally i went in one night and they gave me a shot to stop it and 6 hours later my water broke! Then because they had given me the shot just a few hours earlier, I had no contractions after my water broke. And that is where I got in all my trouble!
So sorry your on bed rest and I know from experience its awful. I was on bed rest from 6 months on until I had him at 34 weeks. And he did have to live in the NIC u for about 2 weeks. And he has been a fighter ever since. But it is truly worth it, He is strong and very healthy and actually ahead now developmentally. So hang in there, and Happy Holidays.
ok i like the team edward shirts idea. Cute. You are totally right too that song was MADE for this book/movie/series.
Life is good for us right now. It is the calm before the storm at work with tax season around the corner. But at least it also means that CHRISTMAS is right around the corner!!!!
How about you guys? New baby on the way and all. I am excited for you guys and miss seeing you.
Ok first off Twilight is coming out in like 2 days!! Super excited!! Secondly i was listening to the radio today and "Live your Life" by TI and Rhianna came on...yeah the beginning and the underlying beat/tune is the song we always heard on the bus in cyprus!!! You need to listen to it because it will make you laugh...or at least giggle!!
1) I bought me and Austin's tickets today WOO HOO!!! I seriously cant wait!
2) The name I have for his car is "not" stupid (I mean it kind of is) but I came up with it on the fly because He didn't have one and I'm proud it, and proud of Mrs. Aggie...
~ C.U.D.D. ~ "Cheer Up Destiny Day" - so here is a joke!!
A new Mom took her baby daughter to the supermarket for the first time. She dressed her in pink from head to toe. At the store, she placed her in the shopping cart and put her purchases around her. At the checkout line a small boy and his mother were ahead of them. The child was crying and begging for some special treat. He wants some candy or gum and his mother won't let him have any, she thought. Then she heard his mother's reply. "No!" she said, looking in her direction. "You may not have a baby sister today. That lady got the last one!"
Really??? Dressed up??? I am making my friend and I t-shirts. They are black and white baseball tees, in honor of the baseball scene. They will have red glitter stickers that say "Team Edward" and then an apple randomly placed. That is about as far as we will go with dressing up. It will be cool to see how people do dress.
Okay, that's good to know. I just want to make sure that I get in to see it!! I am going to purchase my ticket online, just haven't decided on where yet. We may have to come out to Grapevine Mills. I'll let you know then maybe we could meet up. I have never gone to a midnight showing of anything before, so I have no clue what to expect.
