About me:
Hi, how's it going. My name is Detlef. I enjoy German and Chinese cuisine. I love persimmons and tufted titmice. I dig botany and horticulture. My long-term goals are to live in a small, art-filled home with select humans and several tame cats; to eventually outfit my roof with solar panels so that I'm a net electricity generator; and to make enough money to occasionally support PBS.
I love our little blue-green world, but I'd really like to move to another Earthlike planet, not too far away . . . just to a nicer place for raising a family, is all. Apart from the climate (for now), and the oxygen-nitrogen atmosphere, this planet doesn't really seem appropriate for that purpose.
Who I'd like to meet:
People from other star systems or galaxies. People who own, or who can access, interstellar vehicles. Those who seek to écraser l'infâme. "Rain" and "Goldie" from Flavor of Love. Jack Kervorkian.
