Deviant. Just a poor lost Kerry boy poundin the pavements of Galway since 2001.Started up the shortlived but frickin' legendary Cold Lampin wit the man like 2CROWN in o'Malleys shortly after.Put out the super limited(and super shit)mixtape "SEVERE BUTT KRAMP".Became THE UNFADEABLES with 2C,a four turntable n a microphone hiphop spectacular as seen during the glory days of 091 when we were packin out DeBurghos.091 then moved to GPO every second Saturday on rotation with 110th St,Jim Caroll reckoned it was "the best club night in the country"(Irish Times) in 2003 which gave me a big head.Was doin DMC/ITF battles 2001-4,wasn't much good tho.Got the boot from GPO in late 2004 cos they were cunts.Put out the pretty excellent mixtape "LOOK UNDER THE BRIDGES THATS WHERE THEY HIDE".Started up ROOTDOWN in the Vic with Ennis' favourite son JOHNNY DOOBS.Had a fuckin laugh but lost stupid amounts of money over the course of 6 months leading me to give up promoting gigs for the good of my mind and my wallet.Followed a beautiful woman to Brighton hoping she'd take me back.She did.Lived there for a year,hooked up with MANIPULATE,made some fuckin daft music.With the addition of SQUARE ONE/JOHNNY ROCKSTAR became the skratch music supergroup GRANDEURS OF DELUSION.Our album "A Stale Breath of Fresh Aaah" is out now on NAUSECORPS Records.It's pretty good.Came back to Galway and lo and behold HIDEOUS PENGUIN,MIKEY FINGERS and TWEEK were doin ill shit in my absence.I muscled my way back into their lives,we became VINCE MACK MAHON playing live on four turntables with looping devices n fx and I attempted to hog all the glory for myself.cos i'm like that.I also attempt to steal the spotlight from SEBI C when we do our FLYING BUTTRESSES live emo skratch rap thing.it's harder tho cos he has a mic.In the meantime i dropped the "FRAGMENTS & STAMMERINGS" EP.It's the best thing i've ever done.so far...Naive Ted's solo joint "THE ALREADY FAMILIAR DEMISE OF KAYFABE" available from the link above...Community Skratch Music presents Deviant & Naive Ted "Screw Sick Scenes One - Three" launched Feb 12th 2009..... NAIVE TED lives in my armpits.he's a bit of a cunt.but not as much as i am.His music is nonsense,don't encourage him by buying it.he has a troublesome fascination with emotionally damaged girls and Samoa Joe. p.s. my top "friends" thing is not an indication of my affection for an individual.tis merely some people i know and respect who have music,art or information on their homepage.i encourage anyone into my shit to check em out...
