It shouldn't work. But it does.
Based largely on equal parts improvisation and gut reaction, Devil's Flying Machine performs old-time music in the same fashion as the old-time musicians did. Not with sheet music or the precise regurgitation of antiquated music, but instead with unrestrained creation and reckless abandon - the way the old-timers would do it. The way they did do it. They didn't have anything to lose, and neither does Devil's Flying Machine.
Somebody left the attic door wide open and now it's in your house.
