Devlin Darkness

I’m usually known online as Devlin Darkness, so for now just call me Devlin. I’m a bit of a nerd and an entertainment whore just looking around and seeing how many people from the old days I can find and keep in touch.

I'm just your average nerd from California who spends his time playing way too many video games, going to the theaters religiously, listening to a lot of music, messing around the internet and doing odd stuff with friends. Truth be told I'm a media whore... I follow all things relating to the Entertainment industry though I don't care for celebrity gossip. One day I'd like to be part of that scene myself. I have a lot of ideas swimming in my head and I'd like to see them come to fruition one day. I'm working on my writing skills currently, it'd be a dream come true if I could become a publish author.

One interesting thing about me though is I'm genetically male-to-female transgendered. If you're unfamiliar with the term it means that I'm physically male, but mentally I recognize myself as a female. So I'm a very girlish man, I guess being bisexual also helps that.. heh..

I will admit I’m probably not the most talkative person unless I get to know a person more or find a tangent to go off of. Plus I don’t really trust anyone on the Internet unless I get to know a person well enough, so if I seem cold to you don’t take offense it’s just I’m not a very big “People” person and it takes awhile for me to get to know a person and trust them a little more. However when I do get to know people better I can be a good friend to those when they need it, or a source of entertainment. I try to keep the mood of things light a lot of the time and tend to make a lot of jokes and say very sarcastic comments. I firmly believe that everything is fodder for satire, so my humor can be very dark or mean sometimes but I don’t mean any harm I promise.
