DeVos Place® is the brand-new, state-of-the-art convention center located in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids on the beautiful Grand River. The multilevel DeVos Place provides flexible and functional space with 1-million-square feet of new and renovated space on a 13-acre riverfront site. It is ideally equipped for meetings, conventions and trade shows as well as performing arts and touring events, and has the capability of hosting a variety of events simultaneously.
The 162,000 square-foot full service Exhibit Hall is the size of three football fields placed side by side and can be divided into three rooms with a ceiling height of 72 feet at its highest point. Each of the three rooms contains restrooms at both ends and concession areas for your convenience. Hall C provides a view of the beautiful Grand River. The Exhibit Hall can accommodate up to 13,000 people in a banquet setting and up to 18,000 for a reception.
Twenty-six sub-dividable meeting rooms with varying capacities are available in four areas: Grand Gallery Meeting Rooms, Grand Gallery Overlook Meeting Rooms, Monroe Street Meeting Rooms and River Overlook Meeting Rooms. The meeting rooms offer over 24,000 square feet of space and can accommodate up to 2980 people.
