Without any doubt ALEX KRAFT (a.o. guitarplayer and producer for SODOMS "Onkel Tom" Angelripper, ex-Jail-member and part of the AC/DC-coverband Dirty Deeds) is an artist who understands music as an adventure and with whom music can become an adventure. For several years something has been going on in him already. His vision is now given the wonderful name Dezperadoz and leads Heavy Metal into the Wild West. On to characters such as Wyatt Earp, who got dedicated the concept album ..The Legend And The Truth....... Heavy rocking guitars, a charming Western-flair, grooving Metal-melodies and a huge atmosphere make a spectacular showdown out of this album. A showdown that not only tells about something big, but that also is meant to be something big..... Cradle of ..The Legend And The Truth.. is the southwest of Germany, where Dezperadoz-Sheriff Alex Kraft and the studio are placed. His fellows are Alex Weigand (Dead Anyway, Dirty Deeds) and Markus Kullmann. Dennis Ward (a.o. Pink Cream 69) and Thomas Lichtenwalter as producers..... A first forerunner for the ..The Legend And The Truth..-showdown was already sent out in 1999 when the first album of the band ..The Dawn Of Dying.. was released. At that time Tom Angelripper (Sodom, Onkel Tom) helped with his guest appearance to give birth to this fusion of hard rocking Metal and Western flair..... The Band finished the work for the next strike "AN EYE FOR AN EYE" will be release in April of 2008 An outstanding experiment, which is ready to conquer the world now very similar to the pioneers conquering the Wild West in ancient times..... So saddle your horses, load your guns and let yourself throw off the horseback and blow away again by ..An eye for an eye....... So take a Yeehaaw and a Yippieyeeah!!! ..
